REALTOR® Member
For: Licensed real estate agents and appraisers
REALTOR® membership is for individuals who hold an active real estate license and are associated with a Designated REALTOR® (principal broker, managing broker, or appraiser).
As a REALTOR®, you gain access to:
- Local, state, and national membership (CAR®, IAR®, and NAR®)
- The BLC® listing service and transaction tools
- Professional development, continuing education, and designation programs

Designated REALTOR® (Broker/Owner)
For: Principal brokers, managing brokers, or certified appraisers
The Designated REALTOR® is the responsible member for their office’s REALTOR® membership. This member ensures all licensees within the firm maintain compliance with membership requirements and the REALTOR® Code of Ethics.
Designated REALTORS® receive:

- Leadership opportunities and eligibility for local recognition programs

Affiliate Member
For: Industry partners and service providers
Affiliate membership is open to businesses and individuals who work alongside REALTORS®—such as lenders, inspectors, title agents, insurance professionals, home stagers, and contractors.
Affiliate Members enjoy:

- Business promotion through sponsorships and events
- Opportunities to serve on committees and participate in community outreach

Secondary REALTOR® or Designated REALTOR® (Broker/Owner) Member
For: REALTORS® or Designated REALTOR® (Broker/Owner) Members who belong to another primary association
Secondary membership is designed for REALTORS® whose primary membership is held with another local association but who wish to also participate in the Crossroads Association of REALTORS®.
Secondary Members enjoy:

- Eligibility for local recognition programs and leadership opportunities
